Booking a Digital Graffiti Wall

The Spray Paint Wall is a digital graffiti wall that uses state-of-the-art digital technology to recreate an authentic graffiti experience on a big screen. A modified spray paint can ‘sprays’ infrared light which is tracked by a computer vision system, with the digital ‘paint’ appearing wherever the can is sprayed.

Artwork can be saved, emailed, uploaded to social media or used to create personalised mementos for guests such as T-shirts, mugs, stickers or postcards.

Q: What do you need to confirm our booking?

A: To confirm your booking we will need a completed booking form and a deposit of 25% of the value of the quotation. You will receive a confirmation letter once we receive your completed booking form and deposit. Please contact us to check availability and for a booking form.

Q: How much does hiring a digital graffiti wall cost?

A: The price varies depending on the wall format you select, the length of hire and your printing options. Please contact us for a quotation.

Q: How can we pay?

Q: What are idle hours?

A: Idle hours are deemed as any hours before, during or after the event where a digital graffiti wall is required, but will not be in operation. Typically idle hours come into play in situations where it is not possible to set up or take away a digital graffiti wall directly before or after an event. Please specify the number of idle hours when requesting your quotation.

Q: Is there a charge for travel expenses?

A: Travel to anywhere in the mainland UK is included as standard.

Q: How many times can we use the digital graffiti wall?

A: There is no limit to the number of times the digital graffiti wall is used during the hire period.

All about the Digital Graffiti Wall

Q: Who operates the digital graffiti wall?

A: Your guests! There is a professional Spray Paint Wall usher with your digital graffiti wall at all times but it’s your party so you run the show!

Q: Is the digital graffiti wall accessible to all?

A: Our digital graffiti wall’s standard measurements are vary depending on the wall formal that you select. It is intended to be used by guests in a standing position. The wall can be used by wheelchair users.

Q: How do my guests keep a memento of their experience?

A: As well as an immediate photo print we can provide an immediate print of the guest’s graffiti onto a T-shirt, mug, caps, stickers, or bags.

Digital Graffiti Prints

Q: How big are the prints?

A: The prints are 6” x 4”/ 15cm x 10cm.

Q: How will our artwork be printed?

A: All artwork will be printed using state-of-the-art thermal sub dye printers, as used by photo processing companies all over the world. These ensure all photos are delivered straight from the printer touch dry and waterproof in seconds.

Q: Can we personalise our prints?

A: We can add a logo or message to your prints free of charge. You will need to provide us with either an artwork file or the desired message.

Q: Can you offer additional prints after our event?

A: Yes, we can. Please contact us for further details.

Q: Will we get a copy of the graffiti too?

A: Yes, after your event we will provide you with a memory stick of all the graffiti produced during the event. Also you can download and share the images from your online gallery.

Facebook Upload

Q: Is our graffiti available to view online?

A: Yes, we upload them to your own gallery which is accessible to all or which can be password protected. We can also upload to your facebook page or even embed our gallery into your website! Please note that you do not have to take up this option.

Q: How long does it take for our graffiti to be uploaded?

A: Your photos will normally be uploaded by the end of the next working day after your event (subject to travelling time). We can also upload at your event (subject to internet connection – see below).

Q: Will our guests be able to view all of the graffiti?

A: Yes, if this option is selected. Following your event we will email a link to the gallery to allow your guests to view all of the graffiti produced during the event. Although we will review the pictures, please check the graffiti to ensure all pictures published are suitable for viewing by all ages. All the images produced will be supplied on a memory stick after the event.

Q: Is the facebook and twitter sharing free?

A: Yes, Facebook and Twitter upload live from the event is included in our standard package – other companies charge for this service.

Q: Do we need an internet connection on the night of the event for the social sharing option?

A: If you want graffiti to be shared via the wall immediately we will require a wireless internet connection. If this is not available we can bring our 3G / 4G dongle but we cannot guarantee service.

Q: Can the graffiti be uploaded to my facebook page?

A: Yes, we can send the digital images to you to upload or you can give us your Facebook login to upload them for you.

Q: Why would I go for an option of printing the graffiti onto a T-Shirt or Bag?

A: Spray Paint Wall is an amazing tool for engaging guests at an event, launch or party. But what happens after the event? We can your guest’s graffiti onto phones cases, Keyrings mugs, bags, caps and T Shirts within minutes. This prompts guests to remember the wall experience and to go to your Facebook page or website to find their digital image.

Q: Can these options carry our logo or personal message?

A: Because all of the T-Shirts, bags etc are customisable they can also carry your brand (see customise)

Q: Do these things cost extra?

A: Yes – these are priced on application

Getting set up on your event

Q: How much space and which services do we need?

A: We require a floor space of three metres by three metres which will be enough for the footprint of the graffiti wall and allow space for people to gather around. This must be within two to three metres of a standard electrical power socket. It must be on a firm surface, so if your event is in a marquee or similar, a suitable base will be required. For Spray Paint Touch we need much less space.

Q: How long do you take to set up and dismantle the graffiti wall? Is this included in the hire price?

A: We normally allow two hours to set up the graffiti wall, although it can be done in less time, and we can dismantle the wall in under an hour. However, it does depend on where the wall is situated in the venue – every job is different. The hiring time begins from when you start using the wall. All time required for setup is included free of charge and is not included in your hire time. Note our pricing assumes ground floor clear access. If access is not ground floor and clear please advise at the time of booking.

Q: Do you provide staff with the graffiti wall?

A: Yes, we always provide a Spray Paint Wall usher at each event to make sure that you and your guests are properly taken care of. They are on hand to answer questions, assist in the use of the graffiti wall and to generally make sure that everything runs smoothly.

Q: Do you have a Public Liability Insurance?

A: Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance of up to £5 million. All our walls are PAT tested. We can supply certificates upon request.

Q: What happens if the graffiti wall has technical problems on the event?

A: We rarely have any technical problems we cannot solve on site. However, if for any reason e.g. sickness, accident, car breakdown, equipment failure (with the exception of the printer) we are unable to provide you with a functioning graffiti wall, our liability will be limited to the refunding the portion of the amount of the original booking pro rata to the hire time we can deliver. This does not affect our responsibilities under statutory requirements and our insurance cover.

Q: What is a stencil and how does it work?

A: Imagine you have a new product, brand or image. We place a stencil onto the graffiti wall interface to allow your guests to colour and develop your logo or image. This is a great tool for both private event specific images (graffiti to an image of the birthday guy or girl) or for corporate clients (colouring in any new product such as a car or bottle) See Customise section

A: After your guest produces their graffiti we can send them to print within seconds. We can add a logo or message to your prints free of charge. You will need to provide us with either an artwork file or the desired message. We provide a set of mock ups prior to the event so you can have confidence this customisation is ‘on brand’.

Q: Can we personalise our T-Shirts, Mugs, Caps, Bags and Stickers?
